COC 11 was the fourth in the series of biennial conventions organised for Colorants industry. Held on 18th and 19th January 2011 in Mumbai, it attracted about 200 delegates. Having international speakers is a hallmark of these conventions. COC 11 featured twelve speakers, and five of them were from out of India. COC 11 was also unique, as it attracted a large contingent of Chinese delegates.
