The core objective of the COCs was to gather experts, national and international, who would present their research and analysis to an audience mainly comprising of colorant manufacturers so that the latter could be made aware of the new developments in the manufacture and end-use of high performance colorants.

Adhering to the legacy of the earlier editions, COC 15 will try to address the issues related to the colorant industry by bringing some world experts as speakers. More particularly the aspects of process intensification in colorants industry, newer developments in the functional colorants, surfactants for colorants, effluent control and a panel discussion featuring the legislation aspects will be the focus areas. It is expected that a large number of delegates connected with colorants will participate in this Convention. The organizers have made an attempt to keep the deliberations more specific to their needs, while ensuring that emerging trends are not overlooked. A poster session has been included, which will offer a platform to research students for presenting their work.

Entrepreneurs, marketing and manufacturing professionals, R&D scientists and university researchers will benefit from participating in this Convention, renewing old contacts and making new ones.
